If your child has severe allergies or respiratory issues, please fill out the Severe Allergy Health Care Plan or Respiratory Health Care Plan form in CampDoc so our staff is aware of your child’s needs. If you have any concerns or special considerations, our Nurse Consultant is always available to take your call and create a care plan for your child.
