Portland Day Camp

2024 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location

Catlin Gabel School* - (The exact meeting location will be posted here once we get confirmation from our facility partners at the school)

*Please note that we use Catlin Gabel School as the meeting spot for all Portland Camps, but we are not affiliated with the school.

Camp Schedule

1-week Camps (M-F)*: 

*We offer Early Drop-off and Aftercare for an additional cost. Check out the Extended Care information below

• Extended-Day Single-Sport Camps* (2nd-4th & 5th-7th Grade)

Extended-Day Mountain Biking: 

8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

*For Extended-Day Camps, please arrive promptly at 8 AM every day.

• Multi-Sport Camps
  9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Portland Explorer Camp: K-1st

Stay tuned for the 2024 Group Schedules, coming your way in Spring 2024!

You can check your camper's group assignment on your Active Account 10 days prior to camp. 

Camp group assignments will be emailed to families 10 days before the camp starts. We will do our best to accommodate all mutual friend requests.

Please note: If you register within 14 days before the camp start date, we cannot guarantee friend requests. Thank you for your understanding.  

Gear 

For Extended-Day Mountain Biking Camps Only: We require campers to bring their own bikes for camp. If your camper does not have a bike, we have some available to rent for $50 for the week. You can add this to your camper's registration through your Active Account.

Camp Forms

Required Forms if your camper will bring an Inhaler or Epi-Pen to camp or will be taking any OTC or Prescription medication while at camp:

• Inhaler Form
• Epi-Pen Form
• Medication Form

Extended Care Info

• Early Drop Off: 8:00 - 8:45 AM
• Aftercare Program: 3:15 - 6:00 PM (Campers may be picked up at any time during this program)

If your camper is signed up for Aftercare, please pack an extra late afternoon snack for your child. Aftercare will begin with a short snack time around 3:30pm to help campers be well fed and happy through the end of the day.
